Three graduating seniors in Marion County Public Schools know precisely what it means to always be there, especially when it comes to class.

Dustin Ciraco, Wayne Livingston, and Elizabeth Turner graduate with the highest attendance rates in the district for the Class of 2012 – NOT missing a single day of class during 13 years of school. That’s 100 percent attendance -- 2,340 out of 2,340 days of class.
Ciraco graduates Saturday from Forest High School. In 1999, he enrolled in Marion County as a Pre-Kindergarten student at Shady Hill Elementary. This 17-year-old also attended Osceola Middle School and plans to study marketing at the University of Florida. He’s the son of Michael and Lori Ciraco of Ocala.
Livingston graduates from Vanguard High this Friday. In 1999, he enrolled in Marion County as a Pre-K student at Saddlewood Elementary. He later attended Ward-Highlands Elementary and Fort King Middle. Livingston is 18 years old and plans to study microbiology at the University of Central Florida. He is the son of Wayne and Denise Livingston of Ocala.
Turner graduates Thursday from North Marion High. In 1999, she enrolled as a Pre-K student at Fessenden Elementary and later attended North Marion Middle. This 18-year-old plans to study marine biology or education at either St. Johns River State College or Jacksonville University. She is the daughter of William and Zarah Turner of Ocala.
Marion County Public Schools recognizes these three students for their dedicated and consistent efforts to always attend school and their outstanding emphasis on a complete education.
