SES TIMELINE 

  • 7/24 - SES Contract goes to Board
  • 8/7 - Provider List released to districts
  • 8/8 - Letter of Intent emailed to SES Providers
  • 8/13 - Opening of first SES enrollment period 
  • 8/16 - Initial Provider Meeting
  • 8/17 - SES Letter of Intent due to district
  • 8/20 - First day of school for Marion County students
  • 8/21 - Cayen Training
  • 8/24 - SES Contracts mailed to SES Providers
  • 8/28 - District Provider Fair at Marion Oaks Elementary
  • 8/29 - District Provider Fair at College Park Elementary
  • 8/30 - District Provider Fair at North Marion Middle
  • 9/5   - End of first SES enrollment period
  • 9/6   - Start of Tutoring, SLP & Rental Agreement Training
  • 9/10 - SES Contracts and Required Documentation due to district
  • 9/15 - Student Contact Information distributed to providers
  • 9/27 - Progress Report and Invoice Training
  • On or Before 10/15 SES MUST BEGIN

Additional meeting/training dates will be scheduled as needed.
