Welcome to 7th grade language arts!!! I am super excited to start this year off with you and meet new faces. I look forward to meeting all of my students, and parents as well. 05/13/13 - We are in the middle of reading "The Watsons go to Birmingham" in class. The students will not have homework this week. We are reading chapters 12-14 this week. The students will be finishing a comic strip of their favorite scene. If any of the students ask you about "The Civil Rights Movement" please allow them to investigate it. They can even write a paper on "The Civil Rights Movement" for extra credit. We have FAIR testing on Tuesday this week. Thank you and please feel free to e-mail me!! We also have the field trip to Camp Kiwanis for any student that signed up on Wednesday.
