Demostrative Adjectives(este, estos, ese, esos, esta, estas, esa, esas

Possessive Adjectives. mi, tu, su, nuestro, vuestro

Present Tense of Regular Vers with ar, er, ir endings  

Hablar, cantar, bailar, caminar, estudiar,comer, beber, tener, vivir,

subir, escribir

  Irregula verbs and proffesions and clothing vocabulary  unit 2

Say how you feel  and introduction to the verbs in past and future tense   Unit 3          

 Places & Transportation and reading and comprenhension in Spanish  Unit 4

 

Scope and Sequence

 

                                                                                                                     WRITING:

  • Punctuation marks    
  • Written accents
  • Write complete sentences.
  • Conjugate verbs with ar, er ir, ending
  • Practice gerunds (ing) in Spanish verbs
  • Write interrogative questions.
  • Write numbers.
  • Writing compositions using  the vocabulary from each unit
  • Learning about the cultural aspects of Spanish speaking countries in the world

Materials Needed:

Students must bring a composition book or a notebook to class every day.

One package of index cards and a two pocket folder

Pencils and Pens (dark ink- no red) are needed every day.

Homeroom students period 1A and 1B, please bring a box of tissues, a package of clorox wipies, and a box of  quart size zip-bags

Classwork           40%

Participation       15%

Projects               10%

Homework           5%

Marion County grade scale:  A (90-100);  B (80-89):  C (70-79);  D (60-69);  F (59 or below)
