All parents should monitor student success weekly by looking at graded papers and at homework assignments.  

 My homework is listed for the week .  Students should come to class and know by the end of the period which one is due the next day.  I recommend each student have a buddy to call in case of an absence to find out the particulars of their class.

TUTORING:  there is tutoring in my room every day from 8:15-9:15.  Students are to sign - in at  the front office desk, get a tutoring card, report to my room and give me the card. There are 28 desks in my room. Tutoring is on a first come first serve  basis.  Students must be signed in the office from 8:10-8:20 otherwise they will have to go to extended day ( if they are registered there ). On faculty meeting days I cannot have tutoring .    Please check my calendar before you send your child to tutoring.  I will post on the calendar any days  I have parent conferences, etc.

   Remember: your child should not wear heavily scented perfume, cologne, deodorant, etc.  I am chemically sensitive and these smells are irritating to me.
