Welcome to the homepage for Mr. Foy's Intensive Math course. I hope you find this page informative, helpful, and easy to use. My name is Patrick Foy. This year begins my tenth year teaching, with six years at Belleview Middle School in Belleview, Florida and and four years here at Lake Weir High School.  Over the years, I have been asked to teach a range of subjects, including Reading, Math, Social Studies, and courses within the Exceptional Student Education (ESE) program. As one who enjoys learning, reading, exploring and discovering, I have enjoyed this variety.
I lived my first eleven or twelve years moving around the country. I went to a lot of schools and always was the "new kid". I empathize with students and want all to feel comfortable and welcome.
I graduated from the University of Florida, recieving a Bachelors of Science degree in the field of psychology, and I am a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. I live in Ocala.
